The following email was received from Janice Jobes Summers who is trying to get in touch with Marilyn Bennett Perkins. According to Janice "I am trying to get in touch with Marilyn Bennett Perkins who lived on the same street as I did growing up. She was such a great friend and person and I would love to hear from her. If anyone has information, and e-mail, phone number, I would love to visit with her.

Gaylee (Beiser) Ross forwarded an email that was sent to her concerning a group that is raising money for the new Springfield High School auditorium. If anyone is interested in donating to this cause I have included the email from this group. The email is from Kim Nedelman Fish who is a board member of the Springfield Alumni Foundation. Here it is:
"I am a Board Member of the Springfield Alumni Foundation
www.springfieldohioalumni.org and we are working towards a capital campaign to raise money for an Auditorium. We started our Foundation last year, and we have been primarily occupied with building a database of alumni, something which did not exist. We have also met with a professional who consults with organizations like ours which are raising private capital funds. He advised us that we need to have $200,000 to $300,000 on hand or in pledges, so that we can conduct the campaign - we will need a staff person, postage, phones, printed materials, and some legal consultation. We are now raising money toward that $200,000 number, while we are continuing to add to our database. We are taking pledges from individuals, we can accept credit card donations on our website, and we are planning a fundraiser for this fall. We hope that as when the economy turns around a bit, we will be well
